The Lancet has partnered with over 40 Elsevier-published journals and 11 learned societies to launch a new H1N1 Flu Resource Centre for healthcare professionals. Developed by The Lancet editors, this new online information clearinghouse aggregates infectious disease and public health information from across Elsevier's spectrum of content. This training module is based on PSR's Pediatric Environmental Health Toolkit, which has been endorsed by the American Academy of Pediatrics. It introduces users to environmental health, instructs pediatric health care providers in the use of the toolkit, and discusses the best methods for delivering environmental health anticipatory guidance in the clinical setting.
