Immaculate Gardens and More (Tour of Washington State Arboretum & Elisabeth Miller Library)
Join DBIO, the Natural History Caucus, and ERMD on a half day tour of the Washington Park Arboretum and Miller Library on the campus of the University of Washington.

We will start at the Miller Library which supports the mission of the UW Botanic Gardens and has an extensive gardening and horticulture collection - the Miller Library is considered the 'foremost horticultural library in the northwestern United States.'

From there we'll take a short bus ride to the Washington Park Arboretum - a spectacular urban green space on the shores of Lake Washington just east of downtown Seattle and south of the University of Washington. Washington Park Arboretum, Washington's official state
arboretum, contains internationally recognized woody plant collections on 230 acres - while there, we'll enjoy docent-led tours of their various collections and specialty gardens.

Trip Cancelled.
